About community

We believe our success—both as individuals and as a company—is closely tied to the well-being of the communities in which we live and work. For this reason, we strive to make a positive impact on society that goes beyond the financial interests of our firm.

CSR

Corporate social responsibility

We are committed to making a meaningful contribution—within our workplaces, across our communities, and throughout society. We support initiatives that reflect both our corporate values and the personal values of our team, ensuring that our efforts are collaborative, considered, and aligned with the needs of those we aim to support.

Diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging

Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) are essential to our continued success. They empower us to embrace a wide range of perspectives, leading to stronger collaboration and better business outcomes.

H&W

Health & wellness

We are committed to supporting the health and wellness of our team, and of the communities in which we live and work. We do so by fostering a culture of care, offering wellness resources, and supporting initiatives that strengthen both our internal community and the broader society.

Philanthropy & volunteering

We are committed to building strong, vibrant communities by supporting causes that matter to our clients, employees, partners, and stakeholders. Our team actively participates in and take on leadership roles within a range of charitable organizations, foundations, and not-for-profits, reflecting our belief in shared responsibility and meaningful engagement.

As part of the broader CC&L Financial Group, we proudly contribute a portion of our annual profits to the CC&L Foundation. Established in 1999, the Foundation responds to requests across Canada to fund programs and not-for-profit organizations that promote environmental sustainability, educational advancement, scientific and medical innovation, community development, and the arts.
