Tobias is passionate about helping clients navigate the transition from wealth creation to wealth stewardship, developing thoughtful strategies to preserve, grow wealth and ultimately transfer wealth across generations. Before joining CC&L Private Capital, Tobias spent several years at Scotiabank, where he worked with high-net-worth individuals and families. He takes a comprehensive approach, combining disciplined investment management with thoughtful planning and a deep understanding of each client’s broader financial circumstances. His approach is grounded in transparency, empathy, and collaboration, with an emphasis on simplifying complexity and giving clients the clarity and confidence to make informed financial decisions.
Tobias holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Western University, a Master of Business Administration from the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University, and the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) designation. Outside the office, Tobias enjoys live music, following Toronto’s professional sports teams, and spending time on the golf course or ski hill. Staying true to his British roots, he is also a dedicated soccer enthusiast and has volunteered as a youth soccer coach with Toronto-based charity Nutmeg for the past three years, combining his love of the game with a commitment to his community.
