Based in Vancouver, Arthur has twenty years of experience within CC&L Private Capital, bringing deep expertise in investment structuring, model implementation, portfolio management and operational knowledge.

Arthur is a graduate of the University of British Columbia with a B.A. in Economics and holds the Chartered Investment Management (CIM®) designation.
