Connor, Clark & Lunn Infrastructure and Desjardins Group will acquire a majority equity interest in a portfolio of five renewable power assets in Indiana, Wisconsin, Oklahoma, and Ohio, representing more than 560 megawatts of total capacity. EDP Renováveis, S.A. will retain a minority equity interest and continue to operate and manage the assets.
