Alec is a Research Analyst at Connor, Clark & Lunn Private Capital Ltd. As a member of the asset allocation team, Alec works closely with the Chief Investment Officer. He provides research and analysis on the firm’s tactical and strategic asset allocations, as well as contributing to the long-term investment forecasts used in the company’s proprietary asset forecasting process.
As part of the Co-op program at Dalhousie University, Alec has gained financial services industry experience in roles at Royal Bank of Canada, The Citco Group of Companies and Connor, Clark & Lunn Private Capital.Alec graduated from Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Commerce, Major in Finance. He is currently enrolled in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program.
Alec lives and works in Vancouver, and in his spare time he enjoys skiing, mountain biking and being active in the outdoors.
